Gift certificates

Gift Certificates purchased via this site enable a third party to redeem the value of that certificate against services provided by leave your Egos at the door

By purchasing a Gift Certificate from this site you agree you have read and will abide by the terms and conditions below:

Gift Certificates will be sent to the original purchaser via Royal Mail
Gift Certificates will normally be sent within 24 hours of ordering
Postal charge within the United Kingdom is included in the purchase price
The Gift Certificate cannot be exhanged or redeemed for cash
The Gift Certificate can only be used in exchange for services provided by leave your Egos at the door
Each Gift Certificate has a unique code that can only be used once
The Gift Certificate must be used in full. It cannot be partially used and the remaining value used another time
There is a 12 month expiry date on all Gift Certificates
The purchaser of the Gift Certificate must reside in the United Kingdom with a valid postal address
The Gift Certificate shall be redeemed at a time and place agreeable to both the recipient and leave your Egos at the door
leave your Egos at the door is a trading name of Broad Oak Studios Limited

Courses and workshops

When booking and paying for a course or workshop please ensure you have read the following:

Refunds will only be issued if notice of cancellation is received more than 28 days prior to date of event and the place can be filled
Cancellations received after this time will where possible be offered another date for a similar workshop or course
Classes, courses or workshops offered by a third party are not covered by these terms and you agree to confirm terms with the third party before booking

Online subscriptions

When you subscribe to our online services, you agree to the following:

To set up a Direct Debit mandate to pay the amount shown each month
To notify us if you wish to cancel, giving 28 days notice
Cancelling the Direct Debit without notifying us first may remove access to subscription features with immediate effect
Not to share the online content with non paying individuals
The subscription you are paying for covers you as an individual and immediate family who live permanently at the same address
Streaming content may not be shared in a commercial environment without prior permission
Not to share your login credentials with anyone else
Failure to comply with the above may result in immediate loss of access and termination of your subscription and membership
